Antistatic Bars (Ionizing Bars, Ionizers)

Antistatic (ionizing) bars are available in a variety of different shapes and they are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Antistatic bars can be equipped with an air knife, air tube, rotary air nozzles, brushes, and a suction system. They are a part of a pneumatic conveying system, also ATEX certified for EX areas, suitable for Clean Rooms areas ISO 14644 Class 3 standard (Fed. Std. 209e Class 1). Antistatic bars are produced in a length from 2 cm up to 12 m and they are intended to be used for static electricity elimination during the production of different materials from working distance of 10 – 3000 mm, max. speed of material is not limited.

Antistatic Ionizing Bar Model 5225S

Ionizing Bar μWire AeroBar

μWire (“Microwire”) AeroBar Model 5710 and Model 5711 are cost-effective ionizing bars, highly effective especially for the elimination of electrostatic charge on large areas (variants: from 400 to 3000 mm length), i.e. during manufacturing of sensitive flat screen PC monitors or in other applications which require quick dissolution of charge. Shorter bars Model 5711 (variants: 150 and 250 mm length) are ideal for space limited applications, i.e. for manufacturing of semiconductors, electronics assembling, etc.
