Rotary Nozzles with Ionizer
The rotary nozzle with ionizer is designed for the elimination of electrostatic charge and non-contact cleaning of shaped or structured products such as injected plastic moldings before painting, plastic boards after sanding, instrument panels during assembly, TV screen panels during assembly, vacuum formed moldings, etc.
- A rotary nozzle with an ionizer can be installed on a robot, above a product conveyor, etc.
- The cleaning efficiency is very high – the rotating air nozzle creates a pulsating stream of ionized air.
