Ionizing Blowers
Ionising air blowers are probably one of the most universal types of devices for neutralization of static electricity. They include portable models suited for being put on worktables, as well as models intended for stable position. Air blowers are able to neutralize materials up to 2,5 m distance. They are particularly convenient for components and materials with uneven surface, for conveyor belts and moving foils or for manufacturing and assembling on workplaces, etc. Ionising air blowers are composed of a case with a fan which blows air over electrically powered emitter tips. All objects or materials put in the air flow are neutralized. Air blowers include also variants suitable for ATEX environment with risk of explosions or variants suitable for very clean environments Clean Room up to Class ISO4.
