Ionising Airknives with Anti-Static Bar (Driven by Compressed Air or High-Pressure Air Blowers)
A Simco-Ion anti-static bar with airknife combine the effects of air amplification and ionisation to produce a high-velocity “sheet” of ionised air (amplification ratio as high as 25:1). This combined effect can be used for static neutralising and dust removal in a single operation, for instance in surface treatments, printing, packaging, plastics and textile industries. The airknife is very compact and does not have any moving parts.

TYPHOON Air Knife With Antistatic Bar Powered by High-Pressure Blower
The TYPHOON air knife with an antistatic bar neutralises electrostatic charges and removes particles from flat and curved surfaces. The Typhoon includes a powerful blower which provides high-velocity ionized air flow for an airknife with wide working distance. This system produces continuous flow of clean ionized air which removes dirt from the surface of materials. The Typhoon is adaptable to large halo systems used for auto and truck body cleaning prior to painting. It is also extremely suitable for smaller pre-paint cleaning systems for plastic parts and fascia. By using blowers instead of compressed air, Typhoon can reduce operational costs by up to 70 %.
